Lessons
At The Joy of Music, instruction is available in guitar, trumpet and beginning piano for individuals of all ages. Lessons are personalized for each student and adapted to meet their specific learning styles and interests.
Elisabeth Tinnes has years of experience teaching individuals beginning at six years of age through older adulthood. She utilizes a creative approach that encourages enjoyment while focusing on individual interests.
AdaptiveLessons
Adaptive lessons are available to individuals with more specific learning needs such as, but not limited to, cerebral palsy, mental retardation, Downs Syndrome, ADHD and mental illness.
Music instruction is adapted to meet the creative learning needs, styles and methods while allowing the student to participate in a normalized and rewarding activity.
Adaptive lessons are available in guitar, piano, percussion and brass instruments.
